All Sales Are Final

Every sale is final. Orders are non-cancelable once you place them, and purchases are non-refundable. BOUTIQ does not provide a general right to return products for a refund.

Exceptions to Our Return and Refund Policy

We make an exception only when our Terms and Conditions expressly provide for one, or when BOUTIQ chooses to make one at its sole discretion. If something is wrong with your order, email us at info@boutiqinternationals.com with your order number, and we’ll review it. However, we can’t promise a refund or replacement, and an exception in one case doesn’t create a right to an exception in another.

Delivery and Risk of Loss

Delivery times are estimates, and they are not guaranteed. Carriers can run late, so please check your tracking if your order is delayed. In addition, risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Our Shipping page has more detail on delivery and age checks.
