Privacy Policy
This privacy policy explains what BOUTIQ collects when you browse the btq v5 and the rest of the boutiq switch lineup, create an account or place an order, and how we use and share that information. Please read it carefully, because it forms part of our Terms and Conditions. By submitting personal information through our website and related services (together, the “Services”), you consent to the transfer of your personal data to our servers in the United States, where we collect, use and disclose it as this policy describes.

1. Introduction to Our Privacy Policy
The short version: this page tells you exactly what we gather and why.
BOUTIQ is a brand built on innovation, design and trust, and that includes how we treat your information. In this policy, “BOUTIQ,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the BOUTIQ™ brand, and “you” means anyone who uses the Services. Whether you’re shopping for a boutiq v4, a boutiq v3 or a boutique cart, this policy covers how we handle your information.
We may add to this policy with other notices, and we may post additional privacy statements for some parts of the Services. This policy doesn’t apply to third-party websites and services we link to or work with, and we aren’t responsible for their practices.
2. Information We Collect
The short version: what you tell us when you register, plus technical data your device shares automatically.
When you create an account and use our Services, we collect:
- Your name.
- Contact information, such as your email address and phone number.
- Demographic information, such as your gender and your location.
- Other information you provide, such as reviews, content and a bio.
If you create an account with, or connect your account to, a social networking account such as Google or Facebook, we may also collect what that service shares with us. Depending on your settings, that can include your name, email address, birthday, location, interests, profile picture, gender, networks, user ID, friends list and anything you’ve made public there.
We also collect information automatically as you use the Services. That includes the pages you view, along with technical details about your device, such as your IP address, geolocation, browser type, language, operating system, application version, device type, model, manufacturer and device identifiers.
3. How We Collect Information
The short version: from you directly, from your device, and from services you connect.
We collect information in three main ways. First, you give it to us when you register, shop, post content, sign up for updates or contact us. Second, your device and browser share data automatically through cookies, web beacons and similar tools. Third, a social networking service shares information with us when you choose to sign up with it or connect it to your account. In addition, third-party analytics providers and advertising partners may collect data about your online activity, as section 5 explains.
4. How We Use Information
The short version: to run your account, improve the shop, communicate with you and keep things safe.
BOUTIQ generally uses your information to:
- create and secure your account
- identify you as a user in our system
- provide, personalize and improve the Services
- communicate with you about your use of the Services
- develop new products and services, from the next boutiq switch release to the upcoming boutiq v6
- customize the advertising you see and recommend content
- fulfill your requests, including orders for boutiq carts, boutique vape products and other BOUTIQ items
- send newsletters, surveys, offers and promotional materials, and for other marketing purposes
- protect, investigate and prevent fraudulent, unauthorized or illegal activity, including counterfeit activity
- protect our rights and the rights of other users
- do anything else this policy or a notice to you describes
We may also use your information to verify your geographic location. In that case, we may use location data to personalize the Services, recommend content and determine whether the products or information you request are available where you are.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The short version: cookies, web beacons and partner tools help us measure and improve the site.
We use cookies, web beacons and URL information to record the date and time of your visit and what you searched for and viewed. Cookies are small pieces of information that a website sends to your device while you browse. We may use session cookies, which expire when you close your browser, and persistent cookies, which stay on your device until you delete them. Together, they give you a more personal and interactive experience.
Web beacons are digital images that log activity on the Services or in our emails. We use them to manage cookies, count visits and learn which marketing works. We also use them to tell whether you open or act on our emails.
Third-party analytics providers and advertising partners may also collect personally identifiable information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use the Services. They may use cookies, web beacons, device identifiers and software agents to give us information about how you use and interact with the site. This policy doesn’t apply to those other parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies to learn about your choices.
Third-party advertisers. We allow ad networks and other advertising companies to deliver ads to you. These companies may use cookies, web beacons, device identifiers, software agents and similar technologies to collect non-personally identifiable information about your visits over time, on our Services and on other websites. They use it to deliver ads based on your interests, measure how effective ads are, personalize advertising content and understand how the Services and other sites are used. We don’t have access to or control over their technologies, and we aren’t responsible for their privacy practices. The Network Advertising Initiative offers more information about some of the advertising companies we may use.
6. How We Share Information
The short version: with your consent, with service providers, when the law requires it, and in a few other defined cases.
We may share your information as follows:
- with your consent or at your direction
- with others who perform services on our behalf
- when we believe the law requires it, or to comply with a court order, subpoena or warrant
- when we believe it is appropriate or necessary to prevent liability, fraud, abuse or unlawful use, or to protect BOUTIQ, the Services, or anyone’s rights, property or personal safety
- in connection with a merger, acquisition or other business deal, or any negotiation of one, involving all or part of our business or assets. In the event of insolvency, bankruptcy or receivership, information may also be transferred as a business asset
We may also share aggregated and anonymized data with our partners, advertisers and other third parties.
Information you choose to make public. Some features of the Services may let you connect with others and share your actions, comments, content and profile publicly or with other people. You can control some categories of the information shared through your profile in your account settings. Please think about your own privacy needs when you choose what to share, because we can’t control the privacy or security of information you make public or share with others. We also aren’t responsible for how others use or re-share information once it’s public.
If the Services let you share information from your BOUTIQ account with social networking services, we aren’t responsible for those services or their privacy practices. If you don’t want your information to be public, don’t use the Services that way, and adjust your privacy settings on the social networking service.
7. Marketing Communications
The short version: we may send promotions, and you can opt out whenever you like.
We may use your contact information to send newsletters, surveys, offers and promotional materials, including news about new drops, limited releases and the btq v5 lineup. You can opt out of promotional emails by following the instructions in those emails or by reviewing the settings in your account. If you opt out, we may still send non-promotional emails, such as messages about your account or our ongoing business relationship.
8. Third-Party Services and Links
The short version: other services have their own rules.
The Services may link to or work with third-party services, including social networks, analytics providers, advertising partners and others who perform services for us. Because we don’t control those services, we aren’t responsible for their privacy practices. Therefore, please review their policies before sharing information with them.
9. Data Security
The short version: we take reasonable steps, but nothing is perfectly secure.
BOUTIQ takes commercially reasonable steps to help protect your information against loss, misuse, unauthorized access and disclosure. Even so, no company can fully prevent security risks, and we can’t guarantee absolute security. To help protect yourself, choose a unique password for the Services, and don’t reuse a password from any other website or online service.
10. Data Retention
The short version: we keep information as long as we need it, and deletion has limits.
We keep personal information for as long as we need it to provide the Services, fulfill orders, meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Please note that deleting your information or content doesn’t ensure complete or comprehensive removal of content or information you’ve posted on the Services.
11. Your Privacy Rights
The short version: you can ask to see, correct, change or delete your information.
You may have the right to know what personal information BOUTIQ holds about you and to correct any inaccuracies. You can also send requests about your personal information, including changes to your contact preferences, changes to or deletion of your information or content, and requests to opt out of sharing your personal information with third parties. To make a request, email info@boutiqinternationals.com. We may need to confirm your identity first.
Your tracking choices. Most web browsers accept cookies by default, but you can usually set yours to remove cookies or reject them from our site and from third parties. If you do, some features of the Services may not work properly. To opt out of Google Analytics web tracking in certain browsers, you can download the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. You can also opt out of cookies from some of our third-party advertising partners, which may stop ads tailored to your profile and preferences. Note that browser signals and similar mechanisms can show your choice to disable tracking in many different ways, and our site may not be aware of or honor every one of them.
12. Age Requirements
The short version: adults only.
Our website asks visitors to confirm they are 18 or older before entering, and BOUTIQ products are for adults of legal age only. Cannabis laws set the minimum age differently from state to state, so please follow the rules where you live. We may restrict access or cancel orders when someone doesn’t meet the age requirements.
13. Children’s Privacy
The short version: our site isn’t for kids.
BOUTIQ isn’t directed to anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has given us information, please email us right away, and we will delete it once we confirm.
14. California/State Privacy Rights
The short version: residents of some states have additional rights, subject to legal limits.
California and certain other states give their residents privacy rights, subject to legal thresholds and exceptions. Depending on the law that applies to you, those rights may include the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, to access and correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. They may also include the right to receive equal service when you use your rights. To make a request, email info@boutiqinternationals.com. We may verify your identity before we act, and if we deny a request, we’ll explain why as far as the law requires.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
The short version: we may update this page, and the date shows when.
From time to time, we may revise this privacy policy. To help you stay current, we note the date it was last updated at the top of the page. As a result, continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the update, so please check back now and then.
16. Contact Us About This Privacy Policy
The short version: email us with any questions, comments or concerns.
Please contact BOUTIQ with any questions or comments about this privacy policy, your information, our third-party disclosure practices or your consent choices. You can email us at info@boutiqinternationals.com. If you feel we haven’t addressed your concern completely, tell us, and we’ll look into it further.
